Comfortable room, clean, convenient location, polite and enthusiastic staff. This is the second time I have chosen this place for my vacation. I will recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Close to the center, beautifully designed, fully equipped,
One slight inconvenience within the first 24 hours I stayed at the property was that my room's lock was broken and I had to use the internal lock.

Good location of the hotel. Beautiful garden.
The room had a dirty floor. Dirty towel which we asked to replace.
Apparently this is a common problem in many hotels, judging by the reviews.
The room in the photo was better.

The staff is friendly and does a great job, but because there are too few staff, it's not as good as expected
The room is too tight and stuffy, there are not enough staff, the receptionist and the room room with only 1 person are very difficult. Although the service is very good, it is not as good as other hotels I have stayed at such as Nhat Vy in Da Lat or hotels in Vung Tau.
